Dangerous Stakes: A Fated Mates Paranormal Romance (Syndicate Masters: Eastern Seaboard)

Rory O'Neil thought his Olympic gold medal had been his ticket to fame and fortune, until one scandalous night changed everything. Rory’s older brother Killian, the Irish mob boss, helps him start over in America. He slowly but surely builds Second Chance Farms, selling rehabbed horses and teaching young students the art and discipline of dressage riding.

Until he meets Susan Rogers, a self-made corporate raider and rising dressage star with a horse she calls Tank, he never intends to be in an Olympic ring again. Susan knows she needs the right coach to get her to the Olympic Gold Medal Stand, and she believes she's found him in Rory. Rory finds Susan to be provocative, beguiling, and relentless. He’d never believed in a fated mate, because all the stories he’d heard said it was a sudden knowing. It hadn’t been that way for him with Susan. It had kind of crept up on him, but once he’d finally acknowledged it, it was difficult, if not impossible, to ignore. Recognizing both Susan’s talent and passion, Rory finds himself stepping up to the plate to help her and Tank realize their dreams while making her his own. Will they be able to find the strength to overcome the odds and fulfill their dreams?
