Sara the Bucket Filler: Subtitle

Rivka Fishman

"The story of the bucket and the dipper was first told by Dr. Donald Clifton in the 1960s, but was possibly first hinted at by King David in Tehillim 23. There, King David describes Hashem's kindness to him, and he sums up his thoughts with the words "my cup is overflowing." Many of the concepts in this book are derived from Dr. Izzy Kalman's bully-proofing solutions, which are explained at www.bullies2buddies.com. Some other ideas were inspired by the book Words Will Never Hurt Me by Sally Ogden and the Love and Logic approach to parenting.
