Unsteady Hands

Lilith Noir

This is a collection of poetry brought through the trenches of a severely traumatizing childhood. I recommend reading this if you or someone you love struggles with mental health problems, addiction, or eating disorders. This is not an easy read as it goes into the depth of the emotions of a young girl being abused who struggles to understand their early diagnosis of bipolar disorder, anxiety, ADHD, and multiple eating disorders. The amount of abuse experienced throughout the early development ages is absolutely relentless and through writing about it, the writer hopes to bring light to those who've experienced tragedy and felt alone in the world. Hopefully, "Unsteady Hands" would be there for them to help guide them through the struggles of the loniless that comes from different traumas and mental health topics.
