The Princess and the Page: A Sapphic Twist on a Tale as Old as Time

“I will be the one to find her. I have to be. I do not know when I will return." Imagine your favorite fantasy tales, but with a twist. Maud's life is flipped when she finds herself entangled in a web of mysterious kidnappings and the clutches of royal life-- armed with nothing but her sword and stolen horse. However, no adventure is complete without strife. She faces hardships, both in the world around her and within her mind, all while dealing with the disadvantages of being a woman. This debut story puts a spin on the classic damsel-in-distress story, turning it into something fresh.
