The Red Queen
Product Description They tumbled through the air, slowly, like dandelion fluff on a barely there breeze. The walls of the hole they were falling through were covered in books, clocks, and even bowls of fruit. They landed abruptly in a tumbled heap of leaves.
Kennan looked up. "Well, there's no going back that way." The Red Queen, the second book in The Hall of Doors series, follows Beth, Kennan, Jon, and Ben as they step through the door into a new adventure filled with a mysterious cat, a bubble-blowing butterfly, and more confusion than you could shake a red-painted rose at! About the Author Rebecca Gilleland grew up in Wisconsin in the golden days of few electronics: just bicycles, puzzles, board games, toys, and good books (okay, a little bit of television). Good books became her life-long love, and she still is always reading several books at the same time. She is active as a children's curriculum writer for her local church, writes and edits literature study guides for Progeny Press, has written and published plays, and, along with several of her children, has an avid interest in things medieval and Renaissance, including the local Renaissance faire. She and her husband, Michael, have seven children, three of whom are married. Rebecca and Michael currently live on a small Wisconsin hobby farm.
