Jason David Frank, renowned for his portrayal asTommy Oliver in the Power Rangers franchise, transcended the realm of entertainment to become a beacon of mental health advocacy. He battled his own demons ( which he candidly referred to as "The Devil") privately but when he interacted with his fans, he soon recognized that many across the world were silently battling similar challenges like himself. Feeling a profound calling, Jason later in life began openly sharing his personal journey with mental health with the fans at Comic Conventions and comic shops to not only inspire and uplift those who felt lost or burdened but also to reassure them they are not alone in their struggles.
