The Lamb

In a nation shadowed by unrest, Gustafa and Angeline Camar find themselves trapped in an escalating war between faith and reason. When Superior-elect Benjamin Glass publicly renounces God, the Daltonists respond with unsettling precision-turning the nation's water supply blood-red. What first appears as political sabotage quickly spirals into something darker and far more deliberate. As Angie becomes convinced the Daltonists are orchestrating a biblical Exodus in chilling detail, Gus struggles with his skepticism, unwilling to accept the terrifying symbolism unfolding around them. Their marriage, once a sanctuary, strains under the weight of opposing convictions and concealed truths, made worse by threats that feel increasingly personal. When a grotesque warning-a dead lamb smeared with blood-marks their home, the message is painfully clear: their firstborn, David, is in immediate danger. Racing against time, the Camars must navigate a maze of political deceit, religious symbolism, and looming tragedy to protect their family from becoming collateral in a cruel theater orchestrated by unseen hands. In The Lamb, beliefs fracture, alliances waver, and survival hinges on faith-both in the divine and each other. As their world teeters on the brink, Gus and Angie are forced to confront the unsettling question: What are they willing to sacrifice to protect the ones they love?
