The Oath (The Kingdom of the Crescent)

The realm within the Crescent Mountains is being raided by a mysterious enemy shrouded in black fog and dark magic. They leave nothing in their wake, but death and fire. Many folk will make oaths to combat the darkness that plagues their realm. A woodman will fight for honor, a gruff knight will fight to restore order, a barbarian nomad will fight for vengeance on behalf of her people, and a councilman will fight for ambition. Some will sign contracts, some will swear fealty, and some will make vows before the gods. Each will make an oath.... some will fail to honor them.
