We Are Not Okay
This is a simple book of poetry, but there is nothing simple about it. It is a part of my story but also created for all of us who do not feel ok. With extra poems added, this book focuses on eating disorders, body dysmorphia, depression, self-harm, among other things. All of these make us feel "not okay", and yet we are pressured by society to keep silent. Well, I'm done being silent. We are not okay, and I hope you can say it with me.
