I really enjoyed this. Historical fiction is a favourite genre of mine. This captures the unique lives, struggles and how much religion meant to certain people. The uncertainty of a new world, inhabited by people never you never encountered before. The historic aspect shrouded in mystery.. yes please. The story is great. The characters are likeable.. mostly. Tells the story of a mystery that probably never truly be answered and the lives intertwined.
