Whispers From the Shadows: The Legend of the Lady in Red

I want calm. Solitude. Quiet. I want everything that lets me lick my wounds in peace and remain far away from the world that so easily turned its back on me - the Mage-Vampire, a hybrid who shouldn’t even exist. When a determined werewolf comes knocking on my door, insisting that I assist him in investigating the suspicious death of a human, I’m not convinced. It’s the tantalising name he drops that has my magic itching to return to society. The Invisible Man. When whispers from the past come back, I have no choice but to don my red hood and let my shadow magic lead me on another hunt for answers. Who am I? Wife of a husband, murdered. Hunter, whose prey are those who disregard the Laws. Enemy of Dracula. I am Mina Harker. The Lady in Red, who became infantilised in a story of innocence raining down justice on the villainous. And I am back.
