Captive by Fae - A Dark Fae Romance

'You are my ward. My captive to keep alive-or kill. You decide that fate. You decide if you ever see your friend again... or if you bleed out at my boots.' One minute, I'm on a road trip across Canada with my friends, the next, darkness is spreading through the sky, drenching it like spilled ink on parchment-and then came the dark warriors. In a world-wide blackout, torchlight and the death of my friends is all I come to know. But Bee has a plan, because she has a secret-but it's a scheme thwarted by the dark warrior hunting her, the one who laid a trap for us in the middle of a frozen city- He steals Bee from me... and leaves my life in the cold hands of a fae warrior different from the others, carved from ice, hollow-and utterly terrifying. His task is to take me with his unit back to the fae realm, where hopefully I'm reunited with Bee. But that's months away, months of trekking difficult terrain in a harsh winter, and no way of contacting Bee, to learn if she's even still alive. She faces the same danger that I do. Broken promises, fractured bargains, and death at the hands of the fae captors. ________________________________________________________________________________________________ Hunted by Fae is a dark fae series, with dark romance elements, and whose content warnings should be read. This series is slow-burn, totally unethical, morally challenging, and in classic Blackbird fashion, dark-dark.
