Red Mamba

Red Mamba picks from where the story ended in Ju-Ju Love. Matilda Kessler has morphed into Tillie Cavanagh, and she and Cav are blissfully happy. But Juergen, abandoned by his Mechtilde, is far from happy.. Oliver Crannis, Kyle Cavanagh's boss in the local CIA, has been instructed to look for a Soviet agent, on the loose in Uganda. And someone seems to be spying on Tillie and Kyle..Saskia Beltane, Tillie's best friend, is playing her own game, as usual, but this time it leads her into mortal danger. The expatriates on the hill are as eccentric as ever, and Gudrun's Liberation group predictably runs into some trouble. The African students are still struggling to make sense of their challenging English lectures, and continue to correct Tillie's view of almost everything to do with men and women, and how they should behave towards each other. And Cavanagh thinks that after the latest crisis, he and Tillie may have to take off from Africa for good.
