Karen started out her early twenties working for a major motor corporation. In her journey, she learned skills in purchasing, marketing, distribution, and customer service. Eventually, she was bitten by the entrepreneurial bug and went on her own before retiring years later in another corporate setting.

Each time she needed to grow...she found a mentor.

Her ability to both discover and be discovered by countless amazing Champions, led to a lifelong pursuit of excellence.

These are the stories of some of the folks she met along the way.

Honorée, broken and beaten, had to run for her life from her abusive father. She left home, found out the world can be a hard place, but never gave up. She learned the skills to find a job, coached others, and wrote her first book at the age of 33.

Then she built a million-dollar business.

Jennifer sat helpless as the voice on the phone told her that her son was having a seizure. Her two-year old boy, struggled for every breath. He was diagnosed with epilepsy and autism. She was in Texas; the boy was in California. The emotions surrounding her reality nearly broke her, but Jennifer found a way to cope...and then to thrive.

Her journey can lift us all up.
