Cathy is on the road trip from hell. She has woken up after a global attack, her life has been devastated but she is still alive. Where there is life, there is hope...isn't there? In a world full of unknown terror. Cathy finds a group of young people trying to survive and looking for some normality in a world of fear. Stalked by mindless, killing machines that used to be their friends and neighbors and surrounded by death, they try to get to a sanctuary that may not exist. They discover that other people can be more deadly than the creatures chasing them, and things are not always what they seem. Cathy has no idea if it is worth going on.
