Blackout

Orcil Miller is in a dilemma. A curse on her family has prevented her from being normal. It's haunted her, her whole life. Having a medical problem doesn’t help her situation at all. Friendships are also hardships, she says. Between a blackout in her neighborhood, and a rock in a hard place, high school tops it all. Love complications are also in the way, and it causes DRAMA. With her mom being a criminal, and a dead sister, she really sticks out. “I snapped awake from the vivid dream I had. It was the same dream I had been having for weeks. Reliving that day stuck in an abandoned gift shop, the day my sister left, the day the curse came after my mom. I thought to myself, I should stop pretending that my sister left me, when I clearly left her.” -Blackout.
