The Thorn

Former #1 New Release in Religious Historical Fiction _________________________________________________

Josiah bar Godel was not an angry, bitter person. But it was who he had let himself become. After the devastating loss—at the hands of Saul of Tarsus—he regretted his decision to follow Jesus. No longer able to trust him and feeling abandoned and betrayed by God, the young gifted artisan finds himself on an extraordinary spiritual journey to a destination he could never have imagined.

Set in the world of the New Testament chronicled in the Book of Acts, The Thorn brings biblical characters and Christian fiction to life in an inspirational story about searching for answers after the very foundations of Christian faith have been shaken.

In this novel, perfect for fans of biblical fiction or historical fiction—and even those looking for a bit of Christian romance—the author weaves a compelling story of God’s faithfulness in the face of the human heart’s struggle with grief, guilt, remorse, redemption, and forgiveness.
