TiruppĀvai
Tiruppāvai or The Sacred Vow is part of the Nālāyira Divya Prabandham of the Śrī Vaiṣṇava tradition and is sung by Āṇḍāḻ. The only woman saint amongst the twelve āzvārs. It details the observance of the vows undertaken by the women of the household to attain spiritual union with the Divine. The uniqueness of this book is that it provides the English Translation of the verses sung in ancient Tamil as well as the English Transliteration for accurate pronunciation.
