Free Electricity at the Pump

Some of the characters are extensions of their lives from Irwin's first book, "Heroes Happen." This is a science fiction novel based on some scientific fact. It takes place in Los Alamos, Las Vegas, Washington and Santa Fe. A description of a possible method to produce enough electricity to not only power all the transportation vehicles in the US and the rest of the world but to deliver that power directly to the vehicles. Unfortunately some greedy unscrupulous characters get involved and other measures must be taken.
