Dead Girls
Earning a second shot to finish his career on a high note, Captain Tony Rains returns to duty with the Milwaukee Police Department after a gunshot injury that nearly took his life. Rains is handpicked by Inspector Rick Crawford, the Chief of Detectives, to work on a special task force of veteran bulls, focused on closing the cities backlog of cold cases. Ninety miles across the state in Madison, young women are being murdered at an alarming rate. The call for help goes out to Rains and his longtime friend and colleague, Lieutenant Phil Humphrey, Milwaukee PD, to assist the Madison Major Case Unit as they scramble to find a killer. In a rare move, they use the interdepartmental assistant program and enlist the Milwaukee PD's help to catch a killer. Rains and Humphrey jump at the chance to help their sister department, all while continuing to work their usual caseload. Rains' attention is divided between the Madison situation and the twelve-year-old murder of an 86 year old woman. Join Tony, Phil, and a cast of new and old crimefighters, as they tackle violent crime in the American Mid-West.
