The Darkness Within Us - A Collection of Poems on Mental Illness and Healing

Have you ever felt a darkness growing inside you? A festering anger or sadness you keep hidden behind a mask? You start to wonder what's wrong with you- asking if you're sick, because something just doesn't feel right.

This is a journey through that shadow. Through pain, confusion, love, and grief. These poems are the pieces I wrote while clawing my way toward the light- and witnessing those I love struggle to do the same.
