Road to Nowhere

From the remote Orkney islands in the north of Scotland, Isa and Davie Reid take their young family and travel across the ocean to start a new life in the Prairies of Alberta. On the journey, they meet up with Sarah, a young girl from the Irish community in Liverpool, who has been sent to Canada to marry a man twice her age, a man she has never met. Through the years, both Sarah and Isa grow into strong independent women.
