The Blood We Crave: Part Two (The Hollow Boys, #4)

||I hate to say it but this book was a little disappointing for me. A lot of it felt like filler and it kind of dragged which is a shame cause part one was so good. Honestly didn’t even need a part two, they could have cut this down and made part one a little bigger.. It was immediately obvious from literally page one who the copycat was and, it was all just too simply concluded and felt rushed towards the end. And again, we’re talking about a bunch of college kids going up against a national elite trafficking organisation, bent FBI agents, hitmen and general grown ass burley men.. and they are easily killing them without an ounce of struggle, getting rid of the bodies and leaving no trace behind?.. they’re 18 years old.. Also I didn’t really care for Thatcher and Lyra going into part one but they started to grow one me.. part two just made me dislike them again 🫣 They’re the most boring couple which is crazy considering they have the most interesting back story.. and don’t even get me started on the pet names throughout all these books 😬||
