Alice Blue
Have you ever woken from a dream with a great idea or a warning?
A Herald who is sent by the Seraphim gives you those messages. Seven is a Herald, and for 548 days, she serves as a messenger. But she is not her own person. She doesn’t have her own voice. She isn’t allowed to have her own thoughts. She doesn’t even have her own name—she is a number.
When Seven defies the Seraphim and finds her voice, she gives herself a name and chooses her own path, which eventually becomes her downfall.
She was Seven. She is now Alice Blue, and this is a short story about her life as a Herald and her decision to defy her created purpose.
