Jasmine Bates and Suzy Walters are two small town girls who wish for a unicorn. A fortuneteller warns them not to wish for a unicorn, but they are determined to have one. The Humpty Drug Company is just as determined to steal the unicorns from them. But, the unicorns have their own plan to thwart the drug company and save the girls.
