Alex Harris

Product Description

In a crowded market, it is increasingly difficult to attract and retain talented staff, clients, investors, and credit. Your reputation precedes you. Organisations are now finding stakeholders at every level to be a great deal more demanding of social and environmental responsibility, of transparency, and constant communication. Reputation at Risk demystifies Consumer Generated Media, public image risk, corporate social responsibility and reputation management. There is a checklist for crisis communications and insightful discussion with regard to supply chain CSR. A non-academic handbook for business owners worldwide.
