Jessica Winters has lost everything all because of one person who has a sick obsession with her. Nick McCallister has spent the last three years searching for Jessica Winters after she had been kidnapped from her family’s vacation home from one of the most gruesome and terrifying crime scenes he has ever seen. When Nick finds out that Jessica has been found at the bottom of a waterfall – alive – he makes sure that he and his partner, Joe Long, are the first officers assigned to the case. He knew deep down that he was the most capable person to keep Jessica alive as Moreno makes attempt after attempt to get Jessica back. Hope starts to dwindle for Jessica as each day passes and Moreno seems to get closer and stronger. As much as Jessica drives Nick crazy with her concern for his safety instead of her own, Nick finds her extremely vulnerable and irresistible and will do anything to keep her safe from Moreno’s grasp.
