A Day in the Sun
Three boys are bullied by their fathers, schoolmates, and even their pastor. They are called Nerds and kept from playing sports. One boy runs away from home and eventually they all join the military to learn how to defend themselves. All three boys have emotional problems and end up in mental hospitals. One of the boys gets involved with demons and another sees angels. The church and their families teach them to 'fear' God. It is only when they learn to have improved self-esteem and give their hearts to God that they can live normal lives.
