Logan Vicks survived combat. Can he survive a woman with a grudge?

Logan Vicks returned to civilian life after serving his country as an Army sniper, and a mentor/investor put him on the path to financial success leading a high-tech startup. Thanks to the company's explosive growth, Logan enjoys a comfortable life with a flashy car, plush condo, corner office in a high-rise, and more. Echoes from the past don't bother him too much, until Serena shows up in his office.

At first Logan doesn't know Serena as anything more than an attractive but irritating friend of his executive assistant. The negative attitude she shows toward him seems to be based on his public image, a reaction he has learned to ignore. His troubles begin to accumulate and everything seems to lead back to Serena, but he can't imagine why she would have anything against him personally.

That is, until she lets slip a name from Logan's past, and everything changes. Can Logan stay free of the ghosts from his past and lead his company to new heights, or is everything he has worked for about to come crashing down?
