Vic Valentine Fever Dreams
Ex-private eye/dog walker/daydreamer Vic Valentine finds himself in the midst of a global pandemic, lost and alone except for the phantoms from his past who haunt him amid an apocalyptic kaleidoscope of memories, fantasies, and delusions. His quest for the Truth behind his existential predicament propel him, and his imaginary audience, onward through this erotic, cosmic odyssey probing the very meaning and value of consciousness itself. Initially published in weekly serialized vignettes on author JJ Sinisi's noir website and Instagram account This Desperate City, VIC VALENTINE FEVER DREAMS collects them all into one surrealistic, seamless narrative arc of interconnected mood pieces.
