Keeper III: Blackout (The Keeper Trilogy)

Meet zookeeper Emmalee Glass. She isn’t really looking for adventure or romance but it tends to find her. She would rather take care of animals. They don’t betray you or claim to be something they are not. Enter Elliott Andrews, a camera- toting hipster who just can’t seem to leave Emmalee alone. She has to admit he is cute, so she finds herself with him when he sidetracks them on their first date and brings her to a church he wants to photograph. Everything is going great until she gets stung by a wasp. Can Emmalee trust Elliott, or will he be just another failed relationship?

Meanwhile, the power keeps going off at the zoo. As outages become more frequent, Emmalee’s boss Lucas Slade feels the pressure to figure out what is causing it. Does Jace Elliott, Emmalee’s ex-boyfriend have anything to do with it? Wouldn’t he go to any lengths to get Emmalee back?

Who is behind the cryptic messages Emmalee keeps getting?

Why does the power keep going out? Is Elliott what he seems to be?

Are the zoo animals in danger?
