Audiobook Review: This book had a good mystery but the story was a bellyflop.. The MC did her research, saw an opportunity and took it. With boring consequences… and an underwhelming reveal. There are just eye roll moments everywhere in this book, for one example, the MC’s stepdaughter undecided sexuality which seemed just thrown in there for no real reason. The narrator.. I’m not even going to get into it.. I always pick a book with a narrator whose voice makes my teeth clench. After all that I give it.. 3/5⭐️s
