On September 8, 2025, the House Oversight Committee released a redacted copy of Jeffrey Epstein’s birthday book, which was put together by his former girlfriend, Ghislaine Maxwell, in 2003. The book, “The First Fifty Years,” contains well wishes and congratulations from many notable people, including Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, Alan Dershowitz, Henry Rosovsky, Leslie Wexner, and many others.
The book was first reported by the Wall Street Journal back in July and mentioned Donald Trump having signed a letter with a drawing depicting a female figure around an alleged conversation between him and Epstein. Trump had denied writing the letter and sued the Wall Street Journal for $10 billion.
In the release of the book, Donald Trump had claimed that it was not his signature on the letter. He also stated that the matter is a “dead issue” and the entire Epstein case as a “hoax.”
The following is the 238-page “The First Fifty Years.” The book begins with a prologue by Ghislaine Maxwell. She is currently serving a 20-year sentence in federal prison in connection with the crimes committed by Jeffrey Epstein.
