Behind Locked Doors

Beneath Edward Taylor's façade of Victorian honourability lies a darker truth, a truth which cannot be known by anyone. Confined by strict moral codes, Edward cannot pursue any opportunity to act upon the sexual needs he keeps hidden: he is attracted to men, and he craves pain. When he catches a young man attempting to steal bread from a local bakery, Edward has no idea he is about to open the door to new sexual possibilities. Isaac Sinclair, a struggling writer who supplements his income by inflicting ?professional punishment,? knows exactly how to satisfy all of Edward's basest desires.
