The Storm Mystery: Chronicles of Storm Book Two

It was the beginning of the end, but no one knew that.

Finally free from his ties to the House of Whelan, Declan requests a few days off and takes a quick trip to Paris to start a new chapter in his life. So, when he receives a call from his FBI handler about a new case, he knows trouble is stirring on the horizon.

Two people are murdered in the middle of a crowded pavilion, and a priceless diamond is missing. The problem is no one can tell how it happened. The moment Declan enters the crime scene, he is convinced that supernatural forces are involved, and unless he solves this mystery fast, the consequences will be dire. To make things worse, a demonic contagion is rapidly spreading throughout the state, endangering the lives of innocent people. Not new to the World of Magic, he is positive that all these events are related.

As Declan delves into the investigation, he soon realizes that he is facing an adversary who is a lot older and more powerful than he is. The situation escalates quickly. People are dying, and the entire world order is at risk. Pressed for time, Declan has no choice but to join forces with the one person he swore never to work with again. But as the saying goes—desperate times call for desperate measures.
