In a Dead Mall

When a father and daughter enter an abandoned shopping mall, they ignite an inferno of hungry spirits. Sara Engstrom is finally left alone to navigate her young life, love, and loss as a disenchanted world closes in.

Quiet horror until it's not, In a Dead Mall peers into a phantom past through the weary eyes of the present, deep into a former decade of neon hair, slashers, and new romantics. But it's equally a coming-of-age story. We are all coming-of-age, it tells us. To survive, one must sometimes lean into occult forces.
