Backyard Camping (Tales of the Barn Owl Bard)

Backyard Camping features twelve verses of rhymed and metered poetry that weave a mixture of nostalgia and humor. It is the sixth Tale of the Barn Owl Bard. A young boy intends to spend the night, all by himself, in a small tent. Although the tent is in a familiar location behind the boy’s home, the nighttime environment presents some rousing sights and sounds.
