Menefee, a native-born Pennsylvanian who has made his home in Delaware, heard a lot of parents talk about how their children complained about doing chores and decided to write a book on responsibilities, respect and friendships. He stresses that not only your parents can shape you, so can your environment and the friends that you meet.
