Audiobook Review: This was a hauntingly cute story. Cameron ( Cam ) a local teenage boy who lives across the street from Crimson House. A terrifying tale to behold. With local lore and stories behind it. He watches as another teenage boy ( Hugo Cruz ) and his father move into that same house. Instantly eerie things start to happen and then the boys are thrust into each others arms. The boys and their friends are about discover the secrets Crimson House Holds. Will they survive to tell the tale. Or will they parish along with the secrets the house holds?.. My Opinion: I loved this book. I loved the cute gay romance. I loved mystery. I loved the plot with the hauntings. I love the conclusion and ending.. so satisfying. The characters were each unique in their own way. The new romance feeling. This book made my heart melt. Made me tear up at times. And really had me on edge. It does get a little slow at times. I actually cared about each character. The Narration- We all know by now I have a problem with narrators. I rather have Alexa read to me. This time the narrator wasn’t that bad. He did make the characters just seem more adult then they should have and he made the one girl sound so blah. I wish he made different voices for different characters to I could remember who was who. Other than that.. good job Such a satisfying read.
